Welcome to this section of the website, which is exclusively for residents of the housing association Kåpan.
Here you will find a lot of useful information about all the resources available to our residents aswell as important phone numbers and our rules and policies.
Each building has a building representative. Their tasks are to manage the communication between the board and members, distribute information, and welcome new residents.
The board is elected at the annual meeting and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the association. You can reach the board by contacting one of the members, your building representative, or by sending an email to styrelsen@brfkapan.se.
