You have probably received Kåpan Information as well as Kåpan phone numbers and addresses.
Here you will find information about the Party and Leisure Room, Wood Workshop, Sauna, Weaving Room, Kåpan News, Garage, and other useful information such as the association’s Statutes, various documents, annual meeting minutes, and photos from different activity days.
Each entrance has a building representative. Their tasks are to manage the communication between the board and members, distribute information, and welcome new residents.
On the new bulletin boards installed in all stairwells, there is a paper that explains how to report different issues.
The board is elected at the annual meeting and is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the association. You can reach the board by contacting one of the members, your building representative, or by sending an email to styrelsen@brfkapan.se.
