Rental of the venue

Cost

It costs 300 SEK to rent the party venue per occasion/day. You must also leave a 400 SEK deposit in case cleaning is required. The deposit will be returned once the cleaning has been inspected and approved.

what's included

Full access to kitchen equipment, chairs, seat cushions, tables, bar, as well as dishwashing and cleaning supplies.

Cooking

Even though most cooking utensils are available, cooking is not allowed due to poor ventilation.

However, reheating or keeping already prepared food warm is perfectly fine.

Please avoid brewing tea in the thermos pots. Tea leaves get stuck in the pipes and are difficult to clean.

Times

Access is granted through one of your key fobs, which will be programmed no earlier than one week before your booking.

Agree with the local manager which times you need access and which key fob should be programmed.

Noise and partying are allowed until 11:00 PM. After that, only quieter socializing is permitted.

Cleaning can be done the day after, but not before 10:00 AM. If the venue is booked the following day, you must be finished before the next guest arrives.

The deposit will be refunded after a successful inspection.

Cleaning

  • Sweep and mop all rooms
  • Do the dishes
  • Wipe chairs, tables, bar, sink, refrigerator, microwave, oven
  • Return curtains and blinds if they were drawn
  • Clean the toilet
  • Rinse mop, cloths, and brushes
  • Wash hand towels if you used the venue’s, wash and iron the tablecloth if it got dirty
  • Clean the coffee maker and don’t forget to empty and wash the filter holder
  • Return, for example, tables and chairs to their original places — keep the venue tidy

If something breaks

You normally don’t have to replace items like a broken glass or plate — replacement supplies are bought with the rental fees we collect. However, it’s important that you report anything that breaks or goes missing so it can be replaced.

If something expensive is broken, such as the bar collapsing during a wild party, you may be required to cover the cost. This will be reviewed by the board.

Fire Safety Regulations

When using the venue, the patio door (now an emergency exit) must remain unlocked, and you should test the smoke alarms each time to ensure they work. Since they are interconnected, pressing the button on one should make all four go off.

No candles are allowed on the windowsills.

If something doesn’t work according to fire regulations, please report it to the Board.

Note:

  • Smoking is only allowed outdoors
  • Overnight stays in the venue are not allowed
